Job summary

PSLOVE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a hands-on Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations Lead to manage e-commerce fulfilment, stock transfers, and 3PL relationships. You will supervise a small team of packers, plan headcount, and ensure inventory accuracy in our ERP system. The role blends desk work with floor presence and offers growth in a fast-growing regional brand.

Youll coordinate couriers, monitor stock levels, and drive cost control while supporting marketing and consumer order activities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, or 3PL operations.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a small team (part-time/contract staff).
• Hands-on role with time on warehouse floor.
• Proficient Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP) and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee e-commerce fulfilment and warehouse operations for daily picking/packing and 3PL interfacing.
• Plan packer headcount, shifts, onboarding and training of part-time staff; manage cost vs targets.
