Job summary

Sun City Maintenance Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning services at a shopping mall. You will plan manpower deployment, monitor attendance, ensure SOP compliance and uphold safety standards.

You will manage client relations, resolve feedback promptly, monitor equipment and costs, and provide on-site support as needed. Experience in facilities management or hospitality is preferred, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, hospitality or related industries.
• Experience managing cleaners or supervisors is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to handle clients and resolve operational issues.
• Good planning and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and be hands-on when required.
