Job summary

SUN CITY WORKFORCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at a shopping mall. You will plan manpower deployment, monitor attendance and performance, and address manpower issues to keep service levels high.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, the ability to handle clients and resolve issues promptly, and a willingness to be on-site and ensure SOPs, safety procedures, and training are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, hospitality or related industries preferred.
• Experience managing cleaners or supervisors is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to handle clients and resolve operational issues.
• Good planning and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and be hands-on when required.
