Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sales and Shipping Specialist to manage the complete sales cycle from quotation to invoicing and delivery coordination in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on order processing, preparation of full shipping documentation, and liaison with Japan HQ in Japanese. You will interact with customers, monitor payment schedules, and support trade shows and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in order processing.
• Hands-on experience in preparing full set of shipping documentation.
• Familiar with shipping Incoterms.
• Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Job Requirements

Compensation

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
