Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a merchant support specialist to troubleshoot technical issues and respond to operational enquiries promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.

You will coordinate on-site kiosk/POS setup, perform basic configuration, and train merchants on system operations to maximise efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to handle design requests and onboarding; WFH options are available with Henderson as the working location, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS/kiosk is an advantage.
• Training provided.
• On-site setup and basic configuration of kiosks.
• Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with merchants to troubleshoot technical issues and respond to operational enquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and perform on-site kiosk/POS setup, installation, and basic configuration when required.
• Conduct on-site training for merchants on kiosk/POS system operations and usage.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and follow up on merchants' design and customization requests.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency for merchants
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

• Salary: Up to $4100 (Basic)
