Job summary

E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. in Henderson Singapore is seeking a hands-on Merchant Support Associate to liaise with merchants, troubleshoot POS/kiosk issues, and coordinate on-site setups.

The role includes training merchants, working with internal teams on customization requests, and ensuring smooth onboarding and daily operations. Working hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, hybrid with WFH options; salary up to SGD 4,100 per month.

• Training provided.
• Experience with point-of-sales/self-ordering kiosk is an advantage.
• Working Location: Henderson.
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm), WFH options available.
• Salary: Up to SGD 4100 (Basic).

• Liaise with merchants to troubleshoot technical issues and respond to operational enquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and perform on-site kiosk/POS setup, installation, and basic configuration when required.
• Conduct on-site training for merchants on kiosk/POS system operations and usage.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and follow up on merchants' design and customization requests.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency for merchants
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
