JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day healthcare operations in Singapore, ensuring smooth, patient-centered service delivery across registration, triage, and treatment workflows.

You will monitor queues, capacity, and service throughput, coordinate with medical teams, manage logistics, and supervise frontline staff to ensure accurate registration, billing, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure smooth, timely, patient-centred service delivery.
  • Monitor patient queues, capacity, and service throughput across registration, triage, consultation, diagnostics, and medication fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with medical teams to manage priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and support efficient patient flow.
  • Coordinate operational logistics, including courier arrangements, billing, medication processes, and follow-up appointments.
  • Supervise front-line staff to ensure accurate registration, identity verification, financial counselling, consent documentation, and billing processes.
  • Monitor manpower deployment, staff attendance, shift coverage, overtime, and agency staffing requirements.
  • Conduct staff training, refresher sessions, and competency checks to maintain operational standards.
  • Maintain SOPs, workflows, checklists, and operational processes in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
  • Support compliance with healthcare licensing requirements, audit readiness, PDPA, workplace safety, and business continuity procedures.
  • Monitor operational data and prepare dashboards and reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with IT teams to track system incidents, downtime processes, and operational technology issues.
  • Manage vendors and collaborate with medical, pharmacy, radiology, finance, and other stakeholders to support seamless operations.
  • Monitor billing accuracy, inventory levels, stock reconciliation, expiry management, and cost-control measures.
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, patient feedback, and service recovery activities.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements to processes and SOPs.
