Job summary

SSW Healthcare in Singapore West is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Assistant to support end-to-end pharmaceutical logistics. You will handle inbound stock receiving, checking, repacking and processing medication orders, ensuring accuracy and quality checks.

The role involves inventory management, stock replenishment, cycle counts, coordinating deliveries to healthcare institutions and patients, and supporting pharmacy automation and IT systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or certificate required.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare.
• Experience in medication delivery, pharmacy automation, or outpatient pharmacy operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound stock receiving, checking, repacking, and medication order processing
• Perform quality checks, picking, packing, and preparation of medications for delivery
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takes
• Coordinate medication deliveries to healthcare institutions and patients
• Support pharmacy automation, IT systems, quality improvement, and operational initiatives
• Assist with staff training and other ad-hoc operational duties

Our client, our clientis transforming healthcare logistics through integrated, technology-driven solutions. SSW Healthcare is a dedicated business unit specializing in end-to-end pharmaceutical and medical supply chain solutions in Singapore.
Location: West (Company transport provided from Jurong East & Clementi MRT)

Working Hours:

Week A

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

Week B

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound stock receiving, checking, repacking, and medication order processing
• Perform quality checks, picking, packing, and preparation of medications for delivery
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takes
• Coordinate medication deliveries to healthcare institutions and patients
• Support pharmacy automation, IT systems, quality improvement, and operational initiatives
• Assist with staff training and other ad-hoc operational duties

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course from the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore or equivalent
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in medication delivery, pharmacy automation, or outpatient pharmacy operations is an advantage
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work well in a team
• Comfortable working overtime and rotating shifts when required
