Job summary

A well-regarded recruitment agency is seeking an Assistant to the Senior Pharmacist in Singapore. In this permanent role, you will assist in pharmacy operations, lead a team of up to 15 staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs and GxP requirements. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher qualification along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with MS Office is essential. This position offers office hours from Monday to Friday, with a salary of up to $4200.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy in an acute hospital setting is an added advantage.

Job Descriptions:

Assistant to Senior Pharmacist of CF operations.

Understand the process and operations.

Assist pharmacist to Lead a team of up to 15 staff and ensure that all are trained up to the predetermined competency level for the operations.

Assist pharmacist to develop SOPs and procedure in accordance with the requirement of the customers and in alignment to company’s policies.

Plan work schedule and overtime accordingly base on workload.

Assist pharmacist to provide reports whenever required in relation to the above and document control of related documents is maintained timely and effectively.

Customer engagement on work requirement and deviation reports.

Ensure compliance of processes to SOP/WI and other GxP requirements.

Carrying out deviations and CAPA report recommendations.

Fronting of audit from customer and regulatory body.

Ensure operations excellence throughout and aims towards zero error in the prescriptions filling due to negligence.

Ensure Continuous Improvement is part of the operations

Take on other appropriate assignments from time to time under the direction of the company.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience is preferred.

Candidate with experience working in a pharmacy in acute hospital setting is an added advantage.

Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
