Responsibilities

• Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and withdrawals.

• Support investment products including account management, product/trade inquiries, and complaints with customer-facing teams.
• Collaborate with other functions to maintain governance and operational excellence.
• Assist regulatory reporting and compliance efforts.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
• Keep process documentation up-to-date and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to training materials and conduct team trainings.

As an Invest Operations Analyst, you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and funds withdrawals.
• Perform books and records management, including reconciliation and investigate discrepancies that may arise.
• Provide support of investment products including but not limited to investment account management, product and trade inquiries, and complaints handling in collaboration with customer facing teams.
• Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure high standards of conduct, governance, and operational excellence.
• Support relevant stakeholders in adherence to all regulatory requirements such as assisting production necessary regulatory and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with key vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
• Ensure process documentations are up-to-date and continuously improve our systems and processes.
• Support the development and production of new product training materials and conduct relevant training for the wider team.

Role Specific Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of financial instruments and various asset classes such as mutual funds and equities.
• Brokerage and fund distribution operations, products, and processes.
• Knowledge of operational regulatory requirements for CMSLs serving retail customers.
