Job summary

iFAST Corporation seeks an Insurance Business Development Executive to drive growth and support advisers across campaigns, analytics, and policy reviews. You will mentor advisers on complex applications, compare products, and stay ahead of regulatory changes in Singapore.

You will collaborate on platform enhancements, gather adviser feedback, and help design training that sharpens concept selling and client acquisition. A strong background as an Insurance Adviser is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Adviser.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth with campaigns and track adviser revenue and policy metrics.
• Design and deliver training materials focused on concept selling.
• Streamline operations so advisers can prioritise direct adviser assistance and policy reviews.
• Act as the primary technical referent for Insurance Specialists and Advisers on complex applications.
• Provide expert guidance on insurers and claims procedures.
• Conduct in-depth product analysis and market comparisons for advisers.
• Monitor Singapore insurance landscape for competitor moves, pricing changes, and regulatory updates.
• Partner with advisers to conceptualise, organise, and present at client seminars.
• Deliver effective sales concepts and presentations to support adviser client acquisition and conversions.

Job Overview

Business Development & Operational Support

• Drive business growth with campaigns and track key performance metrics, including adviser revenue and sum assured.
• Design and deliver training materials focused on "concept selling"
• Streamline operations to enable Insurance Specialists to prioritize direct adviser assistance and policy reviews.

Subject Matter Expertise & Complex Case Advisory

• Act as the primary technical referent for Insurance Specialists and Advisers regarding complex applications
• Provide expert guidance on insurers and claims procedure
• Conduct in-depth product analysis and market comparisons to equip advisers with competitive insights and tailored solutions
• Monitor the Singapore insurance landscape for competitor movements, repricing, and regulatory changes (e.g., changes to Integrated Shield Plans or CI definitions) to keep advisers ahead of the curve.
• Partner with advisers to conceptualize, organize, and present at client seminars.
• Deliver effective sales concepts and presentations to support advisers in client acquisition and conversion.

Platform & Digital Enablement

• Collaborate with IT, Ops and advisory team for insurance-related platform enhancements, ensuring that digital tools enhanced support adviser workflows and business needs.
• Gather adviser feedback and lead UAT, ensuring seamless integration of new platform enhancements

Requirement: Proven experience as an Insurance Adviser, with the ability to mentor specialists on technical matters.
