Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in Singapore is recruiting for a Branch Operations Assistant.

The role offers a basic salary of SGD 2,900–3,500 monthly, with location in Singapore and rotating shifts: 8:00am–4:00pm, 11:00am–7:00pm, and 3:00pm–11:00pm. You will support the Branch Manager in daily atrium operations, enforce company rules, assist tenants and customers, perform hygiene inspections, conduct cash audits, handle virtual food-delivery orders, maintain outlet aesthetics, liaise with contractors

• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the atrium.
• Uphold and enforce the Company’s Rules & Regulations, ensuring compliance with all government requirements.
• Attend to requests and queries from tenants, customers, and cleaners.
• Conduct routine outlet hygiene inspections and inventory checks.
• Perform regular cash audit checks to ensure adherence to Cash Control Policy.
• Assist with virtual food delivery orders from various vendors.
• Maintain high standards of outlet aesthetics and staff grooming.
• Act as the point of contact for external contractors and suppliers.
• Propose and implement innovative improvements to work processes.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
