Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

At High Frequency Apparel (HFA), operations keep everything moving — from online orders to in-store support. This role focuses on ensuring day-to-day operations are executed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations, including packing and preparation of customer orders
• Manage dispatch of international orders
• Liaise with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery
• Conduct stocktakes and maintain organised rack arrangements
• Support stock replenishment for the retail store
• Process walk-ins, exchanges, and returns
• Uphold team efficiency and ensure operations run smoothly within required timelines

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations or a related field is preferred
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm or Monday – Friday | 1:00pm – 5:00pm

This role supports the operations team during peak periods and daily fulfilment needs.

• Liaise with courier partners when required
• Support stocktakes and rack arrangement
• Assist with stock replenishment for the retail store
• Process walk-ins, exchanges, and returns
• Support team efficiency to ensure timelines are met

Requirements

• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
• Experience in e-commerce operations or similar roles is preferred
• Comfortable with physical and hands-on work
