Job summary

High Frequency Apparel (HFA) is seeking a hands-on Visual Merchandiser to plan and execute in-store displays, maintain brand-aligned presentation, and support stock and operations. The role emphasizes attention to layout, creative styling, and efficient store processes.

You will collaborate with product, retail, and brand teams to keep the shop visually engaging and well-organised, reporting into a small, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for layout, styling and detail.
• Comfortable handling stock movement and inventory tasks.
• Organised, responsible, able to manage both creative and administrative work.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with a small team.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and maintain visual merchandising across the retail space in line with brand direction.
• Style mannequins, racks, and displays to highlight key products, launches, and campaigns.
• Ensure store layout, spacing, and product presentation are clean, intentional, and customer-friendly.
• Refresh displays regularly to keep the store visually engaging and relevant.
• Assist with stock in, stock out, and inventory movements between store and warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support restocking, size replenishment, and overall stock organisation on the floor and back-of-house.
• Flag discrepancies, damages, or low-stock situations promptly.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to retail and operations.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, and internal coordination when required.
• Support reporting for stock, store operations, and ad-hoc operational needs.
• Assist with retail setup for launches, campaigns, or special initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc tasks required by the retail, operations, and brand teams.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm

Saturdays | 10:30am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising (Core Focus)

• - Plan, execute, and maintain visual merchandising across the retail space in line with brand direction
• - Style mannequins, racks, and displays to highlight key products, launches, and campaigns
• - Ensure store layout, spacing, and product presentation are clean, intentional, and customer-friendly
