Job summary

KLARRA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations & Fulfilment Assistant to support day-to-day fulfilment and inventory operations for our fashion label in Singapore.

This hands-on role covers e-commerce order fulfilment, stock receiving, and warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, label, and dispatch online orders, manage stock movements, assist with store replenishments, and handle returned garments with care to maintain presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce fulfilment, fashion retail, warehouse or inventory operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised and systematic in handling stock.
• Responsible, punctual and dependable.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks including packing, folding, steaming and stock counting.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods and handling cartons and merchandise when required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack and prepare online orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the correct item, colour, size and quantity are packed for every order
• Conduct basic quality checks on garments before packing
• Fold, steam and pack garments neatly according to brand presentation standards
• Prepare shipping labels and parcels for courier collection
• Ensure orders are fulfilled within the required dispatch timeline
• Receive, unpack, count and check incoming stock
• Sort, label and organise new arrivals and restocks
• Maintain a neat and systematic stock storage system for easy retrieval
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Flag stock discrepancies, damaged items or inventory issues promptly
• Ensure stock movements are properly recorded and accounted for
• Pick and prepare stock transfers and replenishment for retail stores
• Coordinate with the retail and operations teams on stock movements
• Assist with stock preparation for new collection launches, promotions and events
• Receive and process returned or exchanged merchandise
• Check returned garments for condition before returning eligible pieces to inventory
• Assist with steaming, folding, tagging and repacking garments when required
• Handle all merchandise carefully to maintain product quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean, neat and well-organised stock and fulfilment area
• Monitor packing materials and operational supplies and flag when replenishment is required
• Assist with courier collections and incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Support stocktakes and other inventory-related activities
• Provide additional operational support during launches, sales and peak periods
• Assist with other operational duties as required

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfilment Assistant to support the day-to-day fulfilment and inventory operations of our fashion label.

This is ahands-on rolecovering e-commerce order fulfilment, stock receiving, inventory management, retail store replenishment and general warehouse operations. As you will be handling garments and customer orders, care, accuracy and attention to detail are important in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment


• Pick, check, pack and prepare online orders accurately and efficiently
