Job summary

Diesel Go Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily delivery operations, office admin, and customer service across Singapore. The role focuses on planning fuel delivery schedules, reviewing transactions, and enforcing SOPs within the team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics or fleet management, with strong operations management and automotive knowledge, and the ability to handle stress and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma required.
• 3–5 years of logistics or fleet management experience.
• Experience in oil & gas is a plus.
• Strong operations management and automotive knowledge.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation activities in order deliveries, office admin and customer services
• Review daily fuel transactions and stock closing and investigate if fuel gain/loss exceeds tolerance
• Conduct weekly and monthly toolbox meetings to plan, track and monitor tasks
• Plan and execute daily fuel delivery schedule to customer sites
• Handle discipline, termination and enforce SOP among workers and drivers per policy

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operation activities in order deliveries, office admin and customer services
• Review daily fuel transactions and stock closing and conduct investigation if fuel gain/loss exceeds prescribed tolerance
• Conduct weekly meeting and monthly toolbox meeting to plan, track and monitor tasks assigned to the team
• Plan and execute daily fuel delivery schedule to customer sites
• Handle discipline, termination and enforce SOP among the workers and driver in accordance with company policy

Job Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or fleet management
• Experienced in oil & gas industry is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge in Operations Management and technical automotive knowledge
• Good numerical, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle stress and meet deadlines
