Job summary

SUMMER POND & LANDSCAPING PTE. LTD. seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead site logistics and manage workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. You will coordinate teams, supervise SOP adherence, and maintain inventory integrity across ongoing site operations.

Responsibilities include training staff, reporting insights to management, and overseeing scheduling, performance assessments, and service quality. Weekend work may be required to meet operational demands.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage site logistics and operational workflows (as described in the role).
• Possess at least a Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics to support efficient site operations and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage employee workflows by creating schedules and delegating tasks to optimize productivity.
• Assess employee performance regularly to identify improvement opportunities and implement development plans.
• Set clear performance goals aligned with company objectives and monitor compliance to achieve business targets.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve operational and service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Escalate operational irregularities promptly to the Operations Manager for timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through planned cycle counts, monthly reconciliations, and detailed inventory analysis and reporting.
• Supervise employees to enforce standard operating procedures and ensure proper use and care of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Deliver training programs to staff to enhance skills and operational effectiveness.
• Work overtime and on Sundays as required to meet operational demands.
