Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Fleet Operations Leader to oversee all fleet activities, optimise usage of trucks, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will lead a team, manage vehicle purchases and registrations, drive cost efficiency, and coordinate with other departments to resolve escalations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of fleet management or transport industry experience.
• Knowledge of transport management system.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of all Fleet Operations.
• To execute fleet management and administration functions to optimise fleet usages and movements.
• Responsible for running daily operations.
• To continuously drive for operational improvement and efficiency constantly looking for cost reduction / efficiency in all areas of fleet operations.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues from operations and coordinating with other departments.
• Manage company's fleet of trucks and delivery/operations personnel team.
• Manage companys vehicle purchase, sales agreements and vehicles registration administrative processes.
• Ensure vehicles are constantly maintained in peak operating conditions.
• Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
