Job summary

Meranti Power Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to develop and implement plans for logistic coordination, emergency planning, monitoring and quality auditing of fuel reserves.

The role supports the Deputy Head, Operations and coordinates with suppliers, customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields and at least 3 years in fuel/logistics operations, with strong planning and stakeholder management skills and a readiness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, fuel inventory management, fuel operations or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of fuel storage, handling, logistics operations and QA processes.
• Experience developing and managing inventory monitoring systems in fuel/logistics contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage diesel inventory and stock monitoring to track fuel levels, movements and replenishment at storage facilities.
• Coordinate diesel logistics and deliveries among suppliers, transport providers, storage terminals and customers for timely supply.
• Monitor real-time inventory levels and movements; provide updates, delivery tracking and status reports.
• Execute emergency and contingency fuel plans to support rapid deliveries during disruptions.
• Maintain stakeholder coordination with suppliers, customers, contractors and teams, including quality audits and regulatory adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring supplier performance, maintaining docs, conducting risk assessments and improving reliability.

Operations Executive

We are inviting applicants for the position of Operations Executive, who will develop and operationalize plans for logistic coordination, emergency planning, monitoring and quality auditing of fuel reserves. The Operations Executive shall report to Deputy Head, Operations and assist him/her to:

Responsibilities

• Manage diesel inventory and stock monitoring systems to ensure accurate tracking of fuel levels, movements, and replenishment needs at supplier storage facilities.
• Coordinate diesel logistics and deliveries between suppliers, transport providers, storage terminals, and customers to ensure timely and efficient fuel supply.
• Monitor inventory levels and fuel movements in real time, providing regular operational updates, delivery tracking, and inventory status reports.
• Execute emergency and contingency fuel supply plans to support rapid diesel deliveries during operational disruptions or exigency events.
• Maintain stakeholder coordination and operational compliance through close engagement with suppliers, customers, logistics contractors, and internal teams, including fuel quality audits and regulatory adherence.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by monitoring supplier performance, maintaining accurate documentation, conducting risk assessments, and enhancing supply reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or other relevant areas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, fuel inventory management, fuel operations, or supply chain operations will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of fuel storage, fuel handling, logistics operations, and quality assurance processes.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing inventory monitoring or stock management systems within fuel, logistics, storage terminal, or supply chain operations.
• Strong planning, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively during emergency situations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with suppliers, contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Willing to be based on Jurong Island and provide operational support after normal office hours for emergency fuel delivery activations when required.
