About the role

As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our healthcare operations run seamlessly, supporting the delivery of high‑quality patient care whilst maintaining operational excellence. This role is instrumental in bridging operational management with strategic objectives, ensuring that all healthcare services meet the highest standards of efficiency, compliance and patient satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing daily operational activities across healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal resource utilisation
• Monitoring and managing operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Coordinating with clinical and non‑clinical teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols and quality standards
• Managing procurement processes, inventory control and supplier relationships to maintain cost‑effectiveness without compromising quality
• Supporting the scheduling and allocation of staff, equipment and facilities to maximise operational efficiency
• Preparing operational reports and data analysis for senior management to inform strategic decision‑making
• Implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance operational performance and reduce waste
• Liaising with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and service providers, to ensure compliance and maintain service standards
• Supporting the development and training of operational staff to ensure consistent service delivery

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 4‑5 years' experience in healthcare operations, hospital management or a related operational management role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and quality assurance standards
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with operational management systems or software
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
• Knowledge of budget management and cost control in healthcare settings is preferred
