Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level or relevant security experience.
• 1 year security industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PRD regulations and roster planning.

• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and officer deployment.
• Plan duty rosters, relief coverage, and manpower scheduling.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and operations controllers.

• Coordinate with site supervisors and operations controllers
• Manage incidents, investigations, and corrective follow-ups
• Conduct site inspections to ensure PRD and SOP compliance
• Liaise with clients on operational and service requirements
• Support officer onboarding, training, and performance tracking
• Prepare operational reports and documentation for management

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE "N"-Level or relevant experience in security operations
• 1 year experience in the security industry preferred
• Knowledge of PRD regulations, deployment, and roster planning
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to be on standby / on-call when required
