Job summary

Singapore Security Force Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily security operations on-site in Singapore. The role involves deployment planning, roster coordination, and liaison with site supervisors and clients to meet service requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent security operations experience, with 1–3 years in the security industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant experience in security operations.
• 1–3 years’ experience in the security industry preferred.
• Knowledge of PRD regulations, deployment, and roster planning.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and officer deployment.
• Plan duty rosters, relief coverage, and manpower scheduling.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and operations controllers.
• Manage incidents, investigations, and corrective follow-ups.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure PRD and SOP compliance.
• Liaise with clients on operational and service requirements.
• Support officer onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation for management.
