Synergy Marine Group in Singapore is seeking a port operations assistant to coordinate on-site activities at the Singapore port, ensuring smooth boarding and port formalities while liaising with terminal operators.

You will assist with crew changes, vessel arrivals and departures, and work closely with customs, immigration and service providers in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for 0–2 years' experience and physically fit to board vessels.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of port operations experience.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced port environment.
• Physical fitness for boarding vessels.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational activities at the port, ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures.
• Assist in ship boarding activities.
• Liaise with Terminal, MPA, ICA, and port service providers for each ship-port interface event.
• Arrange vessels’ arrival, departure, and port formalities (including tugs, pilots, and crew matters).
• Assist with crew requirements, documentation, and arrangements for crew changes.
