Job summary

EQUATORIAL MARINE FUEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Singapore to manage ship position updates and coordinate day-to-day operations. The role focuses on efficient voyage execution and minimizing costs, with liaison responsibilities to external parties and clients.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and teamwork capabilities, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced shipping environment, including weekend shifts when required.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience coordinating operations in a logistics/shipping environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with ship operations is advantageous.
• Willing to handle department shift phone and weekends.
