Job summary

MAYOR EXPRESS FREIGHT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a documentation-focused professional to manage daily operations documentation for import and export shipments at the Changi Cargo area in Singapore. You will handle permits, airwaybills, and related records, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth freight processing.

The role requires strong English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work late if needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import and export permits accurately to comply with regulations
• Manage airwaybills and bills of lading documentation to support shipment tracking and clearance
• Use Microsoft Office and other computer applications to maintain and organize operational records
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Adapt work hours to accommodate late shifts when operational needs arise

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to handle documentation tasks effectively
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken, for accurate documentation and coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' level certification

Location: Changi Cargo

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
