Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, seeks a proactive Continuous Improvement professional in Singapore. You will lead improvement projects using CORE, train teams, and collaborate with operations to drive efficiencies and data-driven decisions.

You will develop Power BI dashboards and performance reports, support digitalization via Power Platform, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes and resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering preferred; other technical disciplines considered.
• 2–5 years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and structured problem solving.
• Hands-on use of VSM, RCA, process mapping and standard work.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement initiatives using CORE and continuous improvement tools.
• Train teams on CORE and related programs for excellence in EH&S, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiencies.
