PRATT & WHITNEY COMPONENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a CORE Engineer to drive CORE principles and continuous improvement across operations, aligning with transformation initiatives and strategic plans.

This role focuses on deploying CORE, supporting projects, and improving processes to achieve quality, cost and delivery goals. You will support data management, collaborate with Digital Transformation teams, and leverage Power Apps/Power Automate to digitize workflows.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) with 2-4 years of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
Systems Aptitude: able to learn MES/ERP systems quickly and handle large data sets.
Project Coordination: strong organizational skills to track timelines and document work.
Attention to Detail: ensure master data accuracy to avoid production stoppages.
Low-Code: proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Data Skills: experience with Excel and BI tools for data auditing.

Responsibilities

Drive deployment of CORE principles across operations to meet goals.
Act as CORE Champion; train and support cross-functional teams.
Support CORE projects and align with improvement roadmap.
Lead root cause analysis sessions using CORE tools (5 Whys, Fishbone).
Coordinate resources for CORE initiatives and Kaizen events.
Participate in Digital Transformation with Power Apps/Power Automate and data management.
