Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, in Singapore seeks a Production Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee operations cells, ensuring safe, efficient production and on-time delivery. You will guide a multi-skilled workforce, schedule work, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, HR and Materials.

You will drive cost control, lead root-cause analysis, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4 years of supervisory experience in production are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 4 years' experience in production, operations, or manufacturing with supervisory management.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
• Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations cells to meet required metrics and goals.
• Supervise the Assistant Foremen, Workshop Engineers, Technicians and Inspectors.
• Guide the cell workforce to meet targets for quality and on-time delivery.
• Implement production and overtime schedules and allocate manpower.
• Control production activities, material flow and inventory to meet targets.
• Conduct performance reviews to maintain high operating efficiency.
• Assist the Department Manager in cost issues to meet revenue/profit goals.
• Interface with Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Service and Materials to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
