Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking a Senior Procurement professional in Singapore to lead category strategies and strategic sourcing initiatives. You will drive supplier selection, RFx processes, and contract negotiations to achieve best value, while managing supplier relationships and risk across functions.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, governance, and digitalization of procurement processes with cross‑functional collaboration and site‑based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Admin or related field; CIPS/CPSM is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement strategy.
• Proven RFx/tender management, supplier selection, MSA/LTA negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of supplier performance management, cost reduction, governance, compliance and risk.
• Technical procurement experience in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, facilities, industrial equipment or related categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies, sourcing plans and procurement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead supplier selection, RFx processes, tenders and commercial evaluations for best value.
• Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, LTAs and other procurement contracts.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships via performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering and demand consolidation to optimize spend.
• Conduct supplier and supply chain risk assessments to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance, policies, contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic sourcing projects.
• Analyze spend, market intelligence and supplier performance to inform decisions.
• Support procurement transformation, process optimization and digitalization.
