Responsibilities

• Own the operational excellence strategy across Australia and Trans-Tasman.
• Lead migration to next-gen platforms and digital tools for field operations.
• Drive supply chain sustainability, demand planning, and resource productivity.
• Partner with procurement, 3PLs, and global stakeholders for cost reduction.
