Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior leader to drive performance and transformation of Commercial Operations across 10 APAC markets. The role balances running a cost-efficient today with delivering a multi-year automation roadmap and credible engagement with underwriters and regional leadership.

The candidate will own end-to-end Ops performance, develop a distributed team, and partner with underwriting to ensure delivery aligns with appetite and service expectations across markets.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in P&C commercial insurance operations or underwriting leadership.
• Demonstrated track record leading operational teams across multiple APAC markets.
• Experience owning and delivering transformation programmes with measurable efficiency outcomes.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across underwriting, finance, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Commercial Ops performance across APAC — issuance, bookings, submissions, indexing, renewals, and endorsements.
• Drive productivity, quality, and cost-to-serve targets.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of operations managers and senior specialists across hubs in the region.
• Partner with underwriting leaders to align operational delivery with appetite and service expectations.
• Lead the transformation programme including automation initiatives and platform migrations.
