Job summary

You will be responsible for operational excellence, workforce deployment, and guest satisfaction during your shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline, prior experience in event management, and a strong customer service orientation. This position requires leadership skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure, along with a willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or coordinating events is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically able to perform operational duties, including extensive walking and climbing stairs during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily operational activities and ensure services are delivered efficiently.
• Lead shift operations, allocate manpower, and coordinate resources.
• Monitor service quality and respond to operational issues and customer feedback.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear communication across teams.
