Job summary

The role involves updating SOPs and maintaining the department website. You will work closely with the Centre Director, coordinate logistics for faculty, travel, courses, and outreach

Qualifications

• Diploma with more than 6 years in related field.
• Experience in complex operations, academic administration, or event management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and finance processing.
• Detail-oriented with proactive, self-starter approach.
• Clear communicator and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills for data management.
• Experience managing social media accounts and website.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Centre Director.
• Support day-to-day operations, manage facility resources and centre systems.
• Handle procurement, invoice processing, and expense claims.
• Coordinate logistics for local and visiting faculty, travel, accommodation.
• Execute on-ground logistics for academic courses, meetings and events.
• Manage enquiries and advise on training and educational offerings.
• Assist in marketing materials and on-site outreach logistics.
• Update SOPs and maintain the department website.
