Job summary

SNIP AVENUE HOLDINGS PL in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily operations at our Eunos hub. The role involves coordinating staff, monitoring attendance, and liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth workflows.

Working location will be Eunos near Paya Lebar MRT with 5 days per week. You will use AI tools to research, report, and analyze data; contribute to cost control, procurement, and expansion projects; and require a proactive, highly organized approach

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration or business support.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Efficient with AI tools for research and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, and manpower arrangements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service needs.
• Liaise with staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Source quotations and monitor purchases and costs.
• Track sales, inventory, costs, wastage and productivity.
• Handle feedback and operational issues professionally.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
• Support new outlets, renovations and expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulations.
• Use AI tools to assist research, reporting, documentation, data analysis.
• Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare reports and maintain records; update management.
• Follow up on outstanding matters and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
