ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to assist in daily planning and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and optimize resources.

You will monitor performance metrics, support policy implementation, and coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Mentoring junior staff and contributing to budgeting are part of the role.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, ideally within the engineering or MRO sector.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and tools, with a good understanding of data analysis.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, committed to driving operational excellence.
