Great Eastern seeks a senior leader to head AI strategy and portfolio delivery within Group Operations in Singapore. You will shape adoption of AI-enabled solutions across functions, partnering with IT, Data, Security, Risk, and Legal to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, decision support, and customer outcomes.

The role combines strategic governance, hands-on solution development, and change management to ensure scalable, safe deployment of Generative AI, Copilot, and workflow

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline; professional certification in Insurance, AI, automation, product management, or project disciplines will be an advantage.
• Substantial experience implementing AI solutions in production or enterprise environments, including leading from concept to post-implementation review, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives or solution portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Experience delivering AI agents, Generative AI solutions, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or workflow automation at scale.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Operations AI solution portfolio, establishing the roadmap, priorities, delivery approach, governance standards, and success measures in alignment with Group Operations objectives.
• Partner with senior Operations stakeholders to identify strategic pain points and opportunities for Generative AI, Copilot, or workflow automation.
• Direct end-to-end development of AI agents and AI-enabled solutions from opportunity assessment to post-launch review.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams and contributors, ensuring quality and accountability.
• Oversee translation of business needs into structured use cases, operating processes, user journeys, and functional requirements.
• Guide the design and refinement of AI agent prototypes with enterprise tools, ensuring prompt engineering and governance controls.
• Chair cross-functional discussions addressing architecture, data access, privacy, security, and procurement.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and delivery plans for scaling AI innovations across Operations.
• Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, training, and reusable assets to foster adoption.
• Monitor performance, benefits, risks, and control effectiveness of deployed solutions and sponsor continuous improvement.
