Job summary

Castle Rock Exim Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a reliable, organised Warehouse & E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our growing online wine and beverage business.

This hands-on role focuses on keeping the warehouse tidy, accurately handling inventory, and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time. You will work in a structured environment, learn our order systems (BigSeller), and support daily warehouse operations from receiving stock to courier preparation.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided for candidates new to warehouse work.
• Basic computer literacy for order processing and inventory entry.
• Familiarity with inventory/order systems (BigSeller) is beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and counting stock.
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Physically fit to lift/move cartons and stand/walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, organised, and operational condition
• Receive incoming stock and check quantities and product condition
• Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Monitor stock condition and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items
• Ensure proper stock rotation and minimise product damage or wastage
• Pick products accurately according to customer orders
• Pack orders securely and appropriately for delivery
• Check order contents, quantities, and delivery information before dispatch
• Prepare completed orders for courier collection or delivery
• Ensure urgent and same-day orders are prioritised where required
• Handle returned or undelivered orders and return stock to the appropriate location
• Assist with receiving, loading, and unloading goods when required
• Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety standards
• Support other warehouse and logistics activities as required
• Flag order or stock discrepancies to your supervisor

About the Role

You will play an important role in ensuring our warehouse is well maintained, inventory is properly managed, and customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride inkeeping things organised, and wants to be part of a growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory

-Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, organised, and operational condition

-Ensure products are stored properly and easily accessible for fulfilment
