Job summary

CT INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics assistant/executive in Singapore to manage online orders and coordinate delivery with third-party providers. This hands-on role includes packing, invoicing, and admin support for the operations team.

Fresh ITE or diploma graduates are welcome. Basic Excel and good organizational skills are required, with ability to lift up to 10kg. Office in Bukit Batok area and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Admin work related to online platforms (Shopee / Lazada / own website).
• Ensure pricing and stock accuracy by performing random stock checks.
• Prepare invoices and process eCommerce daily orders (print Waybills and pack orders).
• Assist with admin data entry and general logistics tasks.

We are local SME. We are looking to fill an operational role in our company.

About this job:
As a logistics assistant/executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing and packing of customer orders and coordinating delivery arrangement with 3rd party delivery company. This is a hands on role.

You will also learn and support the operations team in stock forecast and oversea importing and ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our online store.

Essential Task

• Admin work related to online platform (Shopee / Lazada / Our own website)
• Ensure Pricing and Stock are accurate by performing random stock taking
• Preparing invoices and processing of eCommerce daily orders like printing of Waybills and packing of orders
• Help with admin data entry

Job requirement

• Valid driving license would be an added advantage
• Good basic Excel skills and comfortable working on computer
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able and willing to perform the task as a packer as well as admin task. ( Able to carry items up to 10Kg)
• Training will be provided if needed
