Job summary

AugustX is seeking an organized, customer‑focused individual to support our online shopping experience. You will pick and pack orders, arrange stock, and coordinate timely deliveries from our retail store, ensuring accuracy and speed.

You will collaborate with Retail and E‑Commerce teams to deliver smooth order fulfillment, handle refunds where needed, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
