Job summary

Frontline Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Property Operations Leader to manage a diverse portfolio of properties and guide a multi-site team. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, focusing on efficiency, client satisfaction, and portfolio growth.

You will work with on-site managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations while driving high performance and long-term success for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in property management and 2 years leading teams.
• Knowledge of local codes of practice, the BMSMA, and relevant laws.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communicator with presentation skills and stakeholder buy-in.
• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Real Estate/Facility Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of properties including residential and mixed-use projects for smooth operations and high performance.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and tendering for projects to grow the portfolio.
• Lead headquarter support team and on-site managers to enhance operational efficiency across properties.
• Chair Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and oversee their smooth execution.
• Strategically allocate manpower and resources to adapt to changing business demands and maintain high performance across teams.

This role offers the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage portfolio of properties, including but not limited to residential and mixed-development projects, focusing on smooth operations and high performance.
• Build strong client relationships, stay attuned to their evolving needs, and delive rexceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive business development and growth strategies by identifying new opportunities,tendering for projects, expanding the portfolio, and exploring new ventures to contribute to the company’s long-term success.
• Lead and guide both the headquarter support team and on-site managers to enhance operational efficiency across properties.
• Chair Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and oversee their smooth execution.

We Are Looking For Someone Who’s

• Experienced,with at least 5 years in property management and 2 years leading teams, capable of managing both people and operations efficiently.
• Knowledgeable about local codes of practice, the Building Maintenance and Strata ManagementAct (BMSMA), and relevant laws.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, skilled at identifying growth opportunities and navigating challenges.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to gain stakeholder buy-in and effectively convey ideas.
• Proactive,organized, and able to lead multi-disciplinary projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Qualified with a diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), RealEstate/Facility Management, or a related discipline.
