Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a data-driven professional to support the team with accurate business reporting, data governance, and cross-functional project execution in Singapore.

You will manage regular operational reporting, ensure ERP data accuracy, and deliver insightful analyses to management to aid decision-making and ROAIC improvement. Strong Excel and data tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in business operation in engineering industry.
• Experience in ERP.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• In charge of supporting the team through accurate business reporting, data governance, and cross-functional project execution.
• Responsible for regular operational reporting, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Provide insightful analysis to management that supports decision-making, sales support operations, and ROAIC improvement.
• Prepare, analyse, and present monthly/ weekly operational reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Present reports, analysis, and insights to management during face-to-face meetings.
