Job summary

FU XIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a Receptionist cum Purchaser to ensure smooth office operations and efficient project logistics. You will be the first contact for visitors while owning procurement, site material supply coordination, and fleet management across three entities.

The role covers lorry routing, maintenance tracking, office purchases, catering for meetings, and general admin support. Mandarin proficiency is a plus for coordinating with Chinese-speaking teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, logistics coordination or front-desk operations is required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for liaising with Chinese-speaking teams and suppliers.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills with multi-entity exposure.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, office supplies, and manage vendor quotes and POs.
• Coordinate fleet and lorry routing, maintenance, and compliance.
• Greet visitors, handle calls and mail, manage front desk.
• Arrange catering and hospitality for meetings and events.
• Support general admin tasks and invoice matching across entities.
