LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD invites a proactive Purchasing Assistant to support our site operations in Singapore. You will assist the purchasing department to manage vendors, issue POs, track orders, and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely arrival of materials.

Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of purchasing experience in construction preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist purchasing department to maintain vendor list and develop supplier relationships.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on project or site requisitions.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery to site.
• Resolve delivery issues, shortages, and damaged goods in coordination with site and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all procured items comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Record, data entry, inventory checks and other administrative tasks assigned by the HOD
