Job summary

FU XIANG INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Purchaser cum Receptionist to ensure smooth office operations and efficient project logistics.

This role acts as the first point of contact for visitors while owning procurement, site material supply coordination, and fleet management across three entities in the construction group. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics coordination, or front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, logistics coordination, or front-desk operations.
• Experience in construction/engineering sector across multi-entity setups is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous for liaising with Chinese-speaking teams and suppliers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills across multiple projects.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & material purchasing for machinery, site materials, and office supplies across three entities.
• Coordinate fleet management, lorries, and transport of workers and materials between sites.
• Serve as first point of contact at reception and manage calls, mail, and visitor flow.
• Arrange catering, hospitality, and meeting room setup for corporate events.
• Support with supplier invoices, POs, and basic accounting-related tasks.
