Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, via Phillip Investor Centre (PIC), seeks a Business Development Intern to support customer acquisition, engagement and growth initiatives, with exposure to AI, automation and new technologies. You will own projects from research through development to evaluation, craft presentations and business cases for management, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Pursuing a related Bachelor's degree.
Interest in business development, marketing, or financial services.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support and take ownership of selected business development and customer engagement projects, from ideation to implementation.
Research and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, partnerships, campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Explore practical applications of AI and automation in areas such as lead generation, customer engagement, marketing, research, content development, data analysis and internal workflows.
Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities relevant to financial services and wealth management.
Develop presentations, proposals, business cases and project recommendations for management and internal stakeholders.
Present project findings, outcomes and recommendations at the end of the internship.
