Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd in Singapore is offering an Automation Intern position within Human Capital to help improve operational efficiency through RPA, AI, and data-driven tools. You will work on hands-on automation projects and see tangible impact of your efforts.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, and other tools, analyse processes, prepare PDDs, and troubleshoot for scalable, maintainable solutions while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Familiar with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, M365 Co-pilot, and/or other automation tools.
• Analyse current processes and explore opportunities to translate business and/or operational requirements into automation solutions
• Prepare Process Design Document (PDD) and other documentation as needed
• Troubleshoot and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficient operation
• Ensure all automations follow best practices for scalability and maintainability
