Job summary

ANYWHEEL PTE. LTD. is looking for an Operations Associate in Singapore. This role involves relocating bicycles efficiently, assisting with events, and ensuring high service standards among the ground crew.

Responsibilities

• Relocate bicycles for optimal availability.
• Assist with Anywheel events on weekdays and weekends.

• Test new implementations in Ops App.
• Perform basic bicycle maintenance.
• Handle administrative work within operations management system.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Summary

As an Operations Associate, every day brings a new rewarding experience. Leading the ground crew under the directive of the Senior Operations Executive, you will ensure bicycles are relocated efficiently for our users, maintain high service standards among the crew, and support operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Relocate bicycles to ensure optimal availability for Anywheel users.
2. Assist with Anywheel events on both weekdays and weekends as required.
3. Conduct physical dormitory checks and engage residents as part of community outreach.
4. Support logistics and operations during national events, ensuring compliance with guidelines and safety standards.
5. Conduct on-the-job training and evaluation sessions for new ground crew to ensure readiness and alignment with Anywheel standards.
6. Act as a tester for new implementations within the Ops App to improve usability and functionality.
7. Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure bicycles deployed are serviceable.
8. Handle basic administrative work and operate Anywheel’s operations management system.
9. Support various ad-hoc tasks as directed by management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec certification.
• Able to ride a bicycle confidently.
• Physically fit and free from medical conditions or prior injuries that may obstruct physical work.
• Able to work in outdoor environments.
• Able to travel.
• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferred and advantageous).
• Independent, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Owns a mobile device with a data plan for operational updates.
