Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and experienced Company Driver to support daily transportation, delivery, and operational requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual, and efficient transportation while maintaining company vehicles in good condition and providing general operational support when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Driving & Transportation

   • Perform daily driving duties, including transporting company personnel, goods, documents, or other items as assigned.
   • Ensure safe, punctual, and efficient transportation to designated destinations.
   • Plan and identify efficient routes to minimise travelling time.
   • Comply with Singapore traffic regulations and road safety requirements.
   • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality when transporting company personnel or guests.

2. 2. Delivery & Logistics Support

   • Assist with the collection and delivery of goods, parcels, documents, and other company-related items.
   • Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on schedule.
   • Assist with loading, unloading, and handling goods safely when required.
   • Verify delivery orders, collection documents, and related paperwork.
   • Coordinate with the operations or logistics team on daily delivery schedules and assignments.

3. 3. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep

   • Ensure assigned company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
   • Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, and fluid levels.
   • Arrange regular vehicle servicing, inspections, and maintenance when required.
   • Promptly report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance issues to management.
   • Monitor vehicle-related expenses, including fuel, parking, and ERP charges.

4. 4. General Operational Support

   • Assist with general administrative errands and operational duties as instructed.
   • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information when required.
   • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
   • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A or Class 4 driving licence, appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic regulations, and navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Good driving record with a strong emphasis on road safety.
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-disciplined.
• Presentable, courteous, and professional in conduct.
• Able to follow instructions and manage schedules independently.
• Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when operationally required.
• Physically fit to perform delivery and loading duties where applicable.
• Possession of a Class 4 driving licence would be advantageous for roles requiring the operation of larger vehicles.
