Job summary

MS. DURIAN PTE. LTD. is hiring an Operations Assistant to support daily cafe operations at Jalan Besar, focusing on delivering smooth food and beverage service and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately.

You will operate POS on iPads, coordinate with drivers for online orders, greet guests, seat them, and maintain hygiene and safety while working in a fast-paced team.

We are hiring Operations Assistant to support our Operations Supervisor to facilitate daily operations of our durian specialty cafe located at Jalan Besar.

You are required to:

Perform food and beverage services

• Operate software systems such as POS using iPads to process orders
• Coordinate with delivery drivers for online orders
• Serve food and beverages, ensure all dishes match the order ticket
• Clean up tables for next customers
• Assist in opening, operating and closing of shifts
• Replenish inventory at service stations
  

Deliver customer experience

• Escort customers to their allocated, reserved or available seats
• Provide go-the-extra-mile service to create a positive customer experience
• Address customers' queries on food and beverages
• Escalate customers' feedbacks

Maintain hygiene, safety and standards

• Keep the dining environment clean and tidy at all times
• Follow the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
