Job summary

TCC Group Holdings (台泥企業團) seeks an Operations Specialist in Singapore to support banking operations, ACH disclosures and forex-related activities. You will handle loan processing, fund transfers, and treasury transactions while ensuring accuracy in customer and counterparty data within the core banking system.

Fluent English and Mandarin are required, with 1–2 years in bank operations and familiarity with SWIFT/MEPS+ systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with the ability to organize and meet objectives independently.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Positive minded team player.
• 1–2 years in bank operations; familiar with SWIFT and MEPS+ systems.

Responsibilities

• Processing and monitoring of loan including drawdown, repayments, rollover, interest fixing and fee/interest collections for all types of loans.
• Processing inward/outward fund transfers, remittances, and fixed deposits.
• Processing treasury transactions including money market, bonds, FX, and derivatives.
• Input of trade and customer/counterparty data in core banking system.
• Construction of SWIFT and MEPS+ payments.
• Account opening and AML screening.
• Other operational duties as assigned.

Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 1. Degree/Diploma level in related discipline(Banking/Finance/Accountancy).
2. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write and speak English and Mandarin, in order to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts.
3. 3. A self-starter who is able to organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and datelines independently.
4. 4.Meticulous with strong attention to details.
5. 5.A positive minded team player.
6. 6.1 to 2 years of experience in operations department in a bank and familiar with SWIFT and MEPS+ systems will be preferred.
